Reiki is pronounced 'RAY-key'. The word 'Reiki' means universal Life-Force energy.  This is a powerful and gentle technique which was developed over 2000 years ago and it's commonly used to promote deep relaxation, reduce emotional stress, to promote overall well-being and preventatively to boost ones overall health. We are all made up of energy and all things are also made up of energy and energy has no boundaries which enables Karen to be able to send Reiki Healing to clients remotely. Reiki utilizes systematic hand positions with a 'light touch' along the entire length of the body in order to restore the natural energy flow within the body. Clients simply relax, fully clothed, on a massage table throughout the session and they can talk throughout or simply relax and enjoy. ​Reiki helps to support illnesses and works in conjunction with other techniques, medical or therapeutic, to help ease side effects, to encourage recovery or to simply ease discomfort. This technique manipulates Life Force energy, known as Chi, which is the vital energy which composes, permeates and moves through everything that exists.
